Jessi Byrnes, MS

    Jessi truly believes in therapy and the long-lasting healing that it can bring. She strives to create a safe space for her clients to build trust and tell their stories. She works with her clients to shift individual and relationship patterns in order to facilitate the changes that they wish to see. Through a strengths-based, systemic and collaborative approach, Jessi hopes to guide conversations that cultivate the long-lasting results wanted in a world that offers temporary solutions.

    Jessi received her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University and is pursuing her professional licensure. She has worked with individuals of all ages, families, couples, groups, and LGBTQIA+ clients. Jessi also has a wide range of experience in working with addiction, infidelity, anxiety, depression, familial and couple conflicts, PTSD, and day-to-day stressors. Her treatment plans are integrative, directive, and client-based, understanding that each client is unique in their challenges and strengths. Jessi’s sense of humor, warmth and authenticity makes the process of therapy much more comfortable and relaxing for her clients. This therapeutic relationship makes it easier for clients to process their vulnerabilities, discuss realistic goals and begin the journey to change.
